I can't find a training option in the bar where I can participate in the exam and get a certificate

Before that, please take note that the option to participate in an exam for certification is only available for the QBO Accountant version. 

To begin, you can dive into your training resources and certification exams right from the ProAdvisor tab of QuickBooks Online Accountant and select Training.
