Now using online program and would like to switch to the desktop per our accountant. tell me how this can be done and if there are any issues to be aware of?

Let me share some information with converting from QuickBooks Online (QBO) to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), @denny5.

Currently, converting the data is only available in QuickBooks Online US, UK, and CA versions. While we're unable to convert your data from the QuickBooks Online International to QuickBooks Desktop, you'll want to check for a third-party application that can help you with this process.
