Hi new here, I can’t get QB to connect to Monzo business.

It’s says all done at the bank, but when it’s goes bank to QB it says something stopped is connecting?

help!

    Hi many paws Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community. Are you attempting to connect the bank using the app on a mobile device or a browser/computer and is the error message you're receiving have a number/code?

    Hi yes I’m connecting on phone through bank app.

    no error code just says contact for support with it

    Hi many paws We'd be grateful if you can attempt to connect the account by logging into QuickBooks vis a browser on your mobile device or a computer.
