Connecting bank accounts has linked to wrong QB's company/file

As it says in the title I have connected (finally) my bank accounts to QB's.  However, because I run 3 companies and also have my personal finances through QB's self employed I started with just the one companies bank accounts.  

 

I did all the linking through the company eg ABC ltd,  but QB's in its infinite wisdom has linked them to my Self Employed file instead.  

 

Unless I missed a choice to have been made somewhere.  If you can let me know if that was the case.  

 

Not sure where to go from here tbh.  Unlinking them to start with, but how do I make sure the correct accounts are linked with the correct company.

    Hello KHM3, 

     

    When connecting the banking it will only connect to the company you are in at the time, it will not connect to another as well unless

    you went into that other company and then connected it. 

     

    If you did not need that bank account connected to the self-employed account just delete it and then make sure you are on the small business online account and then reconnect it in there and it will only connect in that account not any others you have.
