It's impossible to finish connecting to TSB - the screen freezes on a page static.fdpwidgets.intuitcdn.net so it looks like the problem is with QuickBooks, not TSB. Connecting to another bank has worked fine. When will this be fixed?

    ..and trying it through the app returns a variety of errors once returned to the TSB site.

    We can't get ours to connect at all

    Managed to fix this myself after finally finding an old answer from about a year ago - it needs to be done in Chrome, in incognito mode. That finally worked.

     

    Heaven knows why it needs to be done this way, though.
