Hello Community! As we fast approach another quarterly filing date, I thought it would be beneficial to share some top questions asked in the Community regarding your 941 forms. So let’s not waste time and dive right into these Top 5 questions on all things quarterly taxes within your QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop accounts! 1. How do I electronically file my 941 forms in QuickBooks Desktop? I’m glad you asked! The 94X stated in this thread refers to 941, 940, and 940 forms. QuickBooks generates these forms for you so you can file them to the IRS. Let me guide you on how to set up 941 for e-filing: Go to the Employees menu, then select Payroll Center. Select the Payroll tab, then File Forms. Click Change Filing Method at the bottom under the Other Activities section. Select Federal Form 941 from the list, then click Edit. What’s changing?We're changing how we handle automated taxes for QuickBooks Online Payroll customers. Instead of automatically withdrawing and paying payroll taxes when due, we’ll automatically withdraw taxes every time payroll is processed or when there’s a change in what you owe. Customers will be able to preview the withdrawal amounts when running payroll and see upcoming or past withdrawals in the Payroll Tax center. We'll roll out this change to new QuickBooks Payroll subscribers starting August 2024 through the end of October. On October 1, 2024, this change took place for existing customers who employ their entire workforce in the following 11 states: AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, KS, NC, NV, TN, TX, and VA. These customers were notified beginning July 1, 2024. On January 1, 2025 this change took place for more customers in other states with automated taxes enabled. These customers received an email on October 1, 2024 and a notification was posted in QuickBooks Online Payroll. On Apr
