How do I run a report to see what customers have bought a particular product/service?

Trying to run a report that will tell me which customers have bought a product/service so that I can then email them with specific offers relating to those that they have already bought.

 

I have run a similar report before that gave me all of the customers contact info, but I now can't find or work out how I did that!

 

Any help/tips would be great.

Hi Russell You can run a Sales by Product/Service Detail Report, select the small icon to the right of the print and export icons and then select the option for Product/service. You can also navigate to your products and services list, select the drop down menu to the right of edit, set the date range of the report, again select the small cog icon and select the customer option.

Hi Russell What type of product do you have, Simplestart, Essentials or Plus?
