Hi, I filed wrong GST return in quick books online and want to delete it but I cannot delete it? I go to journal entry to delete it but it is not possible. PLEASE HELP

In QuickBooks Online, after you filed your tax return, it will be mark as filed. To delete the form, you'll need to contact our Customer Care Team. The un-filing process is carried out by the back-end support to ensure your books stay accurate.

Before doing so, please be sure to have the following information ready:

• QuickBooks Online Company ID.
• Which tax filing period you wish to un-file.

Then, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Go to Help (?).
3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
5. Choose Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat M-F, 24 hours, GMT.
