Tax was filed but prepare report was not done. During this period, there was some adjustment done in the quarter but not filed to IRAS. How to delete the wrong tax return?

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), after you filed your tax return, it will be marked as filed. To ensure that you'll get to delete the wrong tax return, you'll need to contact our QuickBooks Online Customer Care Team. The deleting process is carried out by the back-end support to make sure your books stay accurate.

 

Before doing so, please be sure to have the following information ready:

  • QuickBooks Online Company ID.
  • Which tax filing period do you wish to delete.


Here's how:

 

  1. In your QBO account, click on Help (?).
  2. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  4. Choose Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat M-F, 24 hours, GMT.
