I am having many issues with QBO since the GST Rate changed. Recurring transactions are not running. And now statements from expensify are not being sync'd.

Let's run some steps to isolate why the Expensify transactions are not updating.

To start with, let's manually update the connection between QuickBooks and Expensify. Here's how:

1. Click the Bookkeeping tab.
2. From the Transactions tab, select Bank transactions.
3. Click Update.

If you still can’t find the transaction, it may be stuck around the Banking menu:

1. Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
2. Select the tile for the bank or credit card account you downloaded the transaction.

As for the recurring transactions, let's toggle the template to refresh its data. Here's how:

1. From the Gear icon, select Recurring transactions.
2. Under ACTION, click Edit.
3. Deselect and then select the TAX column.
4. Click Save template.

If the same thing persists, let's run the recommended browser troubleshooting steps. Start by pulling up your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser (incognito). Here's how:

• Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
• Control + Option + P (Safari)

If this works, return to your default browser and clear its cache. It will refresh the system and remove older data that causes viewing and performance issues.
