An application error has occurred while processing your request GST

When i go to lodge our GST report i am getting this error 'An application error has occurred while processing your request".    I have lodged before with no issues at all.   Any idea on how to fix this ?

Is this error occurring on a different browser or after clearing your browser's browsing data? Try this first: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-au/other-questions/how-do-i-clear-my-browser-cache-and-temporary-internet-files/01/263227#M12

 

If the error message persists, I would recommend contacting our Customer Success Team so we can further troubleshoot this. To contact our team:

  1. Select Help from the top-right of QuickBooks.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of the issue, and select Let's Talk.
  4. Select Start a Chat or Get a Callback to get in touch.
