hi im having an issue with completing my BAS towards the end it comes up with

"We can’t e-lodge this activity statement, as the reporting basis is not what the ATO was expecting"

any ideas please

Hi stevebruce141,

 

This error message shows up when the Tax Settings in QuickBooks don't match with what the ATO has for your business.

 

I would recommend checking your Tax Settings (Select GST on the left menu, then select Settings on the top-right, and then select Tax Settings), and contacting the ATO to ensure that they're the same.
