Error "dates don't match any lodgment period" when I tried to setup the GST. I have GST, PAYG W & PAYG I setup to quarterly, but still getting the error

What specific date ranges are you entering that are causing this error message?

Hi Bonny,

 

I have been maintaining my accounts since FY 2018/19, but now I am trying to setup GST for FY 2019/20 i.e from 1 July 2019 to 30 Jun 2020. 

 

I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

Hi useraman,

 

Unfortunately the screenshot didn't come through - but if you were to set up FY 19/20 on quarterly BAS, the dates you would enter in set-up would be 1st July - 30th September 2019. This would set you up for Q1, and once you have lodged Q1, the system will automatically allow you to lodge Q2, and so on.
