I need help with changing tax codes over multiple quarters. Last time I followed the right process, the next BAS did not pickup the changes correctly.

Thanks for reaching out. Yes, any changes you make to a lodged BAS period should be picked up by the system as an amendment. 

You can also do a Journal Entry to correct the tax codes as a bulk item.
