QuickBooks online invoice is gst inclusive when you select gst, app on ph adds gst on top of total . How do I change this?!?

Thanks for reaching out to ask this question. This is a feature that is available on the QuickBooks Mobile app.

When you are creating a new invoice, there is a field called "Tax Is" which has 3 options:

1. Included in amount

2. Excluded from amount

3. Not applicable

If you select option 2 or 3, GST will not be added on top of the total. If you don't see these options, potentially the GST settings may need to be changed, if you are unsure about your settings or about how to check your GST settings, please contact our friendly support team and they can troubleshoot the issue with you over the phone.
