To further isolate the issue, I'd recommend logging into ATO Portal and check the settings if it matches what's in QuickBooks Online.

However, if you're unsure of your obligations, I suggest contacting ATO to verify the information. The obligations in QuickBooks Online must match what the ATO is expecting, otherwise, you'll unable to e-lodge.
