In most cases, if you purchased an annual subscription for QuickBooks Online, and it’s within 60 days of the purchase date, you’re eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee. There are some exceptions, so check our return policy for details.
To begin, select if you purchased your product directly from Intuit, or from another retailer.
Request a refund for QuickBooks purchased directly from Intuit
- Select the product you are requesting a refund for.
- Enter your order/bill number.
- Enter Associated email.
- Select Find my order details.
- Review your order details and charges.
- Select item(s) to be refunded.
- Select the reason for refund(s).
- Provide more details, if applicable, for the reason of requesting a refund.
- Fill in your Contact details & Mailing Address.
- Select Submit.
Request a refund for QuickBooks purchased from another retailer
- Select the product you are requesting a refund for.
- Enter your product license code.
- Select retailer.
- Select Date of charge.
- Select Attach Receipt and follow the steps to upload your receipt as a proof of purchase.
- Select the reason for refund.
- Enter the refund amount.
- Provide more details if applicable for the reason of requesting a refund.
- Fill in your Contact details & Mailing Address.
- Select Submit.
Track your refund requests
- Select Track refund requests.
- Select the product you have requested a refund for.
- Enter your case number.
- Enter your email address.
- Select Track request.
