Use the password manager app to sign in to the QuickBooks Online app (iOS only)

Before signing into the QuickBooks Online app, open your device's password manager app and add your QuickBooks Online username and password. The next time you sign in to the QuickBooks Online app, you'll see the key icon where you enter your User ID.

1. Select the key icon to open your password manager.
2. Select the password manager icon.
3. To access the password manager, enter your password or use Touch ID with your fingerprint.
4. When the password manager opens, select your QuickBooks Online username.
