Can all the data in the existing quickbooks online be exported to a brand new quickbooks account ?

Welcome to the Community. Let me provide some information about the data you can transfer to the new account.

The ability to export and import entire data directly in QuickBooks is unavailable. Currently, you can only upload the lists and reports from the old subscription to the new one.

To export data:

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Below Tools, select Export data.
3. Choose the data you want to export. 
4. Hit Export to Excel.

If you want to import data, follow these steps:

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Import Data.
3. Choose data you want to import.
4. Add the file.
5. Hit Next until finish.
