Can I connect the Purchases to my Inventories?

If you're referring to purchases made with a purchase order (PO), you can convert them into a bill or create a check so it will automatically be added to your inventories. Since PO is a non-posting transaction, it has no impact on the quantity of the items or any of your accounts.

If the data from your suppliers come from a purchasing or inventory app, I recommend reviewing the app settings to see if it's compatible with QuickBooks Online (QBO) or contacting the third-party app provider. They can assist you with the integration of their apps into QBO.
