You can use csv2qbo converter tool as a workaround. It's a $60 one time license.

Hello there, @Nadiia.

Currently, QuickBooks Online (QBO) only supports the 3-column or 4-column format. That said, we're unable to upload a CSV file of bank transactions containing six columns.

To import them, you may want to modify your CSV file into the correct format. The 3-column layout has a DateDescription, and Amount column, while the 4-column format includes the DateDescriptionCredit, and Debit.

If you wish to upload your 6-column format CSV file, I recommend searching for a compatible third-party application to help you achieve your goal. Here's how:

  1. Go to Apps and select Find Apps.
  2. Search for the keyword CSV in the search bar and press Enter.
  3. Select an app and click Get app now to integrate.

Once you have successfully uploaded your transactions, ensure to categorise them correctly to ensure your books are accurate and balanced.

If you need further guidance on uploading bank transactions to QBO, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're always here to help. Take care!
