I have US Quickbooks 2020 Mac desktop version.

Every time I try to download QBO transaction from my Chase ink credit card for a particular account, it say nothing imported this account is up-to-date.
However, I have another company same software, same credit card but with a different account number that I have no problems with downloading the transactions.

I do web connect the exact same way, but it is not coming through.

In addition I don't have any problems downloading banking transactions in any of my company accounts.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this?

Hello, Gds37.

I'll share some solutions to help you download the transactions.

If you're getting this prompt in your QuickBooks Desktop for Mac, let's make sure to do the following:

Then, sign in to your bank's website and review the following:

  • Check your account for messages, notifications, or alerts.
  • Look for any display issues as you navigate the website. These can block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions.
  • Check your bank’s website for any announcements about new security requirements.

If everything is updated and you see that there are new transactions from the bank's website, but they're not downloading to your program, we can do the Verify and Rebuild Data. This is to resolve common data issues within a company file. You can follow the instruction in this link: Verify and rebuild data in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.

In the meantime, you might want to download your transactions through Web Connect.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Banking > Bank Feeds > Banking Center.
  2. Find your bank and select Download Transactions. This opens a browser window to your bank's website.
  3. Sign in to your bank's website to download the Web Connect file.

Once you have the Web Connect file, you can follow the steps to import it here.

On the other hand, check out the solutions in this article if you have the QuickBooks Online version: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.

I'm also adding this article to learn more about the bank feed transactions: Download Bank Feed transactions in QuickBooks Desktop.

Please keep me posted on how things go after giving this a try. I'll be around to help you out again. Take care.
