For product import: The sales price in Erplain is achieved by applying discount to recommended sales price. Do i have to create a specific catalog before import to QB?

To import products and services to QuickBooks Online we have to prepare an Excel file for the lists of items you want to import. If you need a reference, you can download the sample file from QuickBooks and just change the products you want to import.

Here's how:

1. Select Import data under Tools from the Gear icon.
2. From the Import Data page, click on Products and Services.
3. Click on the Download a sample file link and open the Excel file for your reference.

Invalid characters on your list can lead to server errors or other problems in the application. To avoid any problem, make sure that names contain the accepted characters.

On the other hand, discounts are applied to each transaction and does not affect on the product setup.
