Hello there, @sreedhar-a-oremu. I'm here to share details as to how you can import journals in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

QBO has multiple ways of importing transactions. One of these is to import an Excel file. However, it's currently limited to customers, suppliers, accounts, bank data, and products and services.

With this, I'd recommend looking for a third-party app and integrating it to QBO so you can import your journals. Visit the Apps menu's Find Apps tab to find the appropriate one that best suits your business needs.

Once you're done, you can pull up the Journal report from the Reports menu's Standard tab. It lets you view all your journals within a specific period.

Also, to answer the most frequently asked questions about importing information to QBO, I would encourage you to check out this article: Importing Data Overview.

I'm always around to help if you have other importing concerns and questions about managing transactions in QBO. Enjoy the rest of your day, @sreedhar-a-oremu.
