Hi there, @suhail-lesbenjam.

 

The option to match SKU with product items when importing sales from Excel is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. Imported sales transactions don't include an SKU column. This is the reason why mapping them is inapplicable. 

 

For now, you'll have to open each product and service item, then manually add the SKU from there. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Sales, then select Product and services.
  2. Look for the item and click Edit
  3. Add a unique code in the SKU section. 
  4. Select Save and close when you're done.
