How to take payment from someone whose details have not yet been entered on Quickbook Online and to allocate the said payment after importing the customer? Thanks

You can deposit the payment in QuickBooks without entering the customer's name. Let me guide you on how to do it.

1. Go to the New (+) icon.
2. Choose Bank Deposit.
3. Select the account where the actual payment was posted.
4. Enter the payment details.
   • Make sure not to enter the customer's name in the Received From column.
5. Click the Save and Close button.
