I have been trying to import my data from desktop version to QuickBooks online to no avail. I have followed the video guide too. Anyone has experience with this?

Converting your company data from the desktop to online is only available for QuickBooks UK, US, and Canada versions. Do you have any of these versions? 

Since you're using QuickBooks Online International, you need to migrate the data.

I just want to emphasize that migration to QBO is possible if it’s not more than 60 days old. Otherwise, you’ll need to sign up for another QBO account.

Where is your company located? If you are not located in the US, UK, or CA; you may have 2 ways to migrate data:

1. Utilize a migration tool. i.e TPExporter for Desktop, TPImporter for Online
