Question

I've setup Square POS sync successfully and didnt encounter an issue during setup. I can manually trigger sync, but it never automatically syncs end of day. Please help!

Manual sync is working fine and it imports all transactions from Square fir the dates I select. But the auto sync has never worked. If I go the app from the App list, it says NULL... Maybe indicating something is wrong? Also there is no error log at all. It says last sync is NEVER. But every time I trigger manual y, it runs okay. What is wrong :(

Let's try to perform basic troubleshooting to isolate the issue. This helps us identify if this is a browser issue that causing not automatically sync the app into the program.

 

We can start by logging into your account through a private browser. I'm adding the shortcut keys below depending on the browser you're using:
 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If this works, we can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. In case private browsing fails, you can also try switching to a different supported browser
