I've got some news to share about customising sales templates from QuickBooks Labs, @thecoolnihar.

QuickBooks Online gives you the tools to create attractive, professional-looking invoices, estimates, and sales receipts. It will allow you to select the information that you wish to show up on the template.

For more details about the customisation options on the sales template, please see this link: Learn how to personalise and add specific info to sales forms.

The system also lets you import invoice templates. This way, you can comply with your business's requirements. Know that as of 29/06/2021, the latest QuickBooks Online (QBO) accounts will no longer have access to the Import Styles feature inside of QuickBooks Labs. Existing accounts can still save and upload DOCX templates.

To give more information about this process, you may consider viewing this reference: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates. This presents further to how this highlight works in QuickBooks Online like a sample to modify a sales template.

You're always free to send comments if you need further assistance managing your custom form styles in QuickBooks. I'll reply as fast as I can. Have a wonderful and prosperous day!
