Import multiple line expenses

Hello, @-royaldestinatio. I'll provide a workaround on how to import bulk expenses in multiple lines to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

At the moment, the option to download expenses in multiple lines isn't possible in QBO. As a workaround, you can manually upload the transactions to add multiple lines to that item.

Although the feature you're looking for isn't currently available, I recommend sharing your feedback with our product engineers. This will allow them to review your suggestions and consider adding them to the next update.

Here's how:

1. Log in to your QBO account.
2. Head to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
3. Type in your product suggestions.
4. Click Next to submit feedback.

After importing your expenses to QBO, I'd recommend categorizing and reconciling your account to match your bank statement.
