Inovice import not working

Once I try to upload a CSV file of invoices, it stuck. nothing happen and it says "We are on your case"

We take some troubleshooting measures to help fix the issue, jmizero. This could be an issue related to your browser.

 

Firstly, please review the file you downloaded from your bank and make sure it's in the correct format before you upload it. 

 

Aside from that, you can upload your file using an incognito or private browsing session. Browser issues can sometimes cause unexpected results and errors when working in the program. Please refer to the following keyboard shortcuts based on your browser type:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Alternatively, you can clear the browser's cache to eliminate common errors that may hinder the application from working properly. Clearing the cache will reboot the system, allowing you to work with a clean slate. You can also use other supported browsers to see if the issue persists. 

 

Once done, log back in and import your invoices once again.
