Is it possible to upload products, map it out correctly but still unable to import?

the system tells me to fix the info in the highlighted fields and try again, however all info is correct and there are no highlighted fields

Let's figure out why you can't import your products, godwin.

 

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), our sample file shows you the correct formatting of your spreadsheet so it imports correctly. However, if you're experiencing an error despite mapping your information accurately, we can perform basic troubleshooting steps. Sometimes, accumulated cache files in your browser cause unexpected issues, such as the one you encountered when attempting to upload your products. To sort this out, open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a private or incognito window. Based on your browser type, please refer to the keyboard shortcuts below:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

After signing in, revisit and import your products. If this resolves the problem, go to your default browser and clear its cache so the system can restart. Clearing the cache will reboot the system, allowing you to work with a clean slate. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers.
