Is there be a way of migrating what I need and just starting again?

Thanks for reaching out today and allowing us to help you manage your data in QuickBooks Online.

If you need to retain your data, you can export reports outside QuickBooks. Here's how:

1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Account and settings
2. Select Advanced on the left.
3. In the Accounting section, select the pencil icon.
4. Select the Accounting method drop-down and choose Accrual or Cash.
5. Save your changes.
