Migrating out of Quickbooks

We truly appreciate you're loyalty to QuickBooks. I'd like to share with you some information regarding the discontinuation of the QuickBooks service in India.

The capability of our clients to depend on our goods for their business is extremely important to us. After careful consideration, it was determined that, as of January 31, 2023, we'd no longer be able to provide and maintain QuickBooks Solutions that meet the demands of small businesses and accounting professionals throughout India. The following subscriptions and services affected by this are QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Online Accountant, QuickBooks Time, and the QuickBooks mobile app.

For a smoother transition, we suggest downloading your data before January 31, 2023. You'll have a history of transactions if you do it this way. They will be used when you pay your taxes and file your forms. I'll show you how you can do it:

1. Click on the Gear icon ⚙.
2. Select Export Data.
3. Open the Reports tab, and set the date range.
4. Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by toggling the slider.
5. Click on Export to Excel.

You should explore your options and make a final decision within the next 3-4 months. We can only suggest migrating data to one of the two apps at this time and Tally is not one of our lists. Purchase a third-party conversion service if needed. Otherwise, you may need to utilize an exporter tool to prepare your raw data.
