Why can I not continue importing the bank transactions when I agree money out is a negative figure and money in is a positive figure?

First, you'll want to restart your browser. Then, try updating your bank in an incognito or private browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:

Safari: press Command + Shift +

If it works on the private browser, go back to the regular browser and clear your browser's cache. Then, see if you can successfully continue importing your bank transactions into QuickBooks. Otherwise, you can use another supported browser.
