Question

All my data appears to be missing on my mobile phone app. This includes saved products, previous quotes and invoices etc. How do I retrieve this information?

First, you can go to the Audit Log for a clearer picture of who made some changes to your account or entries. If it's not there, log in to your QBO account using a browser. If you can see your transactions, let's clear your app data to refresh the system and resolve common issues that cause the unusual behavior.

 

For the IOS version:

 

  1. Go to the Menu icon at the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Choose Help & Feedback.
  3. Select Refresh Data and Refresh.

 

For Android:

 

  1. Go to the More icon at the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Select Refresh Data and choose Yes.

 

Once refreshed, restart your mobile phone and log back in. If you get the same result, uninstall and reinstall the QuickBooks Online mobile app.
