Question

Automatic emails are not been sent out to my customers and tenants at the end of the month. I tried to troubleshooting and put my own email address but to no avail.

Hello there, Fatima.

 

There's an ongoing issue about customers not being able to receive the sales transaction email sent out from QuickBooks Online (QBO). Our engineers are working to get this fixed as soon as possible. 

 

As a workaround, you can link your Gmail account to use for sending invoices, send via Whatsapp and download the PDF to send manually using their email outside QBO.

 

In the meantime, I suggest reaching out to our support team so you'll be added as one of the affected list of users.
