Can I change my address and add my logo to the invoice attachment?

We're thrilled to assist you with your question about changing your address and adding your logo to the invoice attachment in QuickBooks Online. 1. Go to the Gear icon then select Account and settings.
2. In the Company tab, scroll down and look for Address. 
   
   
    
3. If you want to change your company address and reflect on your invoices, click the pencil icon on the Company address section.
4. Make the necessary changes then hit on Save.
5. To make it reflect on your invoice, click the pencil icon on the Customer-facing address section then tick on Same as company address. Hit Save. 
   - If you only want to change the address reflected on your invoices, skip Step 3, uncheck the Same as company address button then enter the desired address.
6. Click on Save then hit Done to close the page.

On the other hand, although we can also set a company logo in the Company tab, it won't be directly reflected on your invoices. So my workaround for this, is we're going to create a new Custom form style or edit the one you're using to include a logo. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon then select Customer form styles.
2. Click on New style then select Invoice if you want to create one, or look for your invoice template from the list then hit Edit.
   
   
    
3. In the Design tab, select Make logo edits. 
4. Click the plus (+) icon to choose available logos if there are or upload a new one.
5. When done, hit Save then click on Done to close the page.

Moving forward, be sure to select the edited or created template when creating invoices by clicking on Customize.
