Can I give my site manager a printout of the product list of each job, showing exactly which items I have included for ordering purposes? I invoice using hidden bundles.

You can run the  Sales by Product/Service Detail report in QuickBooks Online. This report will show your sales transactions by product and services.

1. Click Reports on the left pane.
2. Enter and select Sales by Product/Service Detail report in the search box.
3. Set the date range.
4. Click the Customize button.
5. Select Rows/Columns.
6. Check the box you want to include in the transactions, then click Run report.
