Can I print on A5 paper in landscape format for my invoices ?

I live and use Quickbooks in South Africa .
I have been using the desktop version for 23 years ,however have moved to the online version recently .

I am frustrated as I cannot print my invoices on A5 paper in landscape mode .

I have been told by a friend in the USA that :

“You don't have to use the online version. It's switched to an app downloaded to desktop so they can bill you every year and keep the software to to date. It works exactly as the old disc installed version does.”

Is the above correct ?
