Can't Import invoices from CSV file-error: "products/services" don't exist. Copied and pasted exactly from my QBO account. I have removed all leading and trailing spaces.

It's possible that your CSV file has new products or services that are not yet added in QuickBooks. This can be the reason why you're getting an error that says the product or service does not exists when mapping the the fields. 

Let me share the steps on how you can add the item in QBO. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Product and Services.
2. Click New at the upper-right hand corner. Then, select if it's a Stock, Non-stock, or a Service item.
3. Enter all required information.
4. Click Save and close.

You can also import them using a different CSV file if you have multiple items to add. Here's an article for more details: Import Products and Services into QuickBooks Online.
