Can you set up price level lists for stock items ?

Price Levels or Price Rules is currently offered in the US versions of QuickBooks Online, yusdadabhay.

Right now, you’ll have to edit your items manually if you have discounts or price increase. Check this out for additional reference: Change the account for a product/service item. 

I’ll also make sure to note and pass this preference over to our developers. I hope that we can have this feature added in our upcoming releases.
