Can you tell me why emails suddenly does not reach our clients even though it shows delivered. Some even started to bounce back, all email addresses is correct.

I've come to share information about the bounced invoice emails issue in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @technical-swarts.

 

We currently have an ongoing investigation where the sent invoices bounce back. Rest assured our product engineers are diligently working on a fix.

 

To ensure you'll get an update about the resolution status, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can add your company file to the list of affected users and provide this investigation number for easy tracking: INV-70915.

 

To reach them, you can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Help button.
  3. In the QuickBooks Assistance chatbox, select Talk to a human and choose I still need a human.
  4. Select Contact Us.

You may also want to view all your sales transactions. You can go to the Sales menu and select All Sales. This will give you a great view of the status of sales transactions, open invoices, and paid invoices.
