Hello there, @allergyapparel5-.

I'm here to help make sure you can print your custom quote with bank details on one page.

One of the possible reasons why your customise quote doesn't print bank details and prints two pages is that the template is damaged. To verify, let's use the standard template when printing a quote.

If it prints one page with bank details, you'll want to delete and recreate the template and make sure the font size or/and labels and widths of the template are the same as the standard.

However, if using the standard template didn't work, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can further investigate this matter and provide in-depth troubleshooting steps to get this resolved. To reach them, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Help button.
  3. In the QuickBooks Assistance chatbox, select Talk to a human and choose I still need a human.
  4. Select Contact Us.

Come back to this post and let me know how it goes, @allergyapparel5-. I'll be around to provide more assistance.

You may also want to view the status of your sales transactions in QuickBooks. You can go to the Sales menu and select All Sales.

Wishing you all the best!
