Customer underpaid on issued invoice. How to match downloaded payment to invoice.

Let's match your downloaded entry, pjdup.
You can pay the invoice in partial, and match the payment to the bank transaction. If it will not automatically detect it as a matching entry, click on Find Match to look for the payment.
