Emailing quotes, how do I set up blind copy? Does it for invoices but not for quotes

Hello there, @sales231. I've got your back, and I'm here to ensure you'll be able to get a blind copy of your quotes in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

In QBO, you can use the Cc/Bcc blue button that you can find when creating a quote to set up a blind copy. I'll input the steps with a screenshot below so you can proceed. To begin, here's how:

 

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company file.
  2. On the left navigational bar, click the +New button.
  3. Under the Customers column, select Quote.
  4. Fill in each fields on your quote when the necessary details, and then on the top right section of the Email field, click the Cc/Bcc blue button.
  5. Add an email in the Bcc field.
  6. Once you're done, click the Save and send.
