Good day please advise we are not able to email the invoice or quote to our email address

 The messages setup was probably changed, Payments2. This can be the primary reason why you're unable to email the invoice or quote to your email address. Let's go ahead and check it out. 

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Go to the Sales tab.
  4. Click the Pencil icon in the Messages row.
  5. Under Sales form, select Invoice or Estimate.
  6. Check the Copy (Cc) and Blind Copy (Bcc) fields, and make sure the email address is entered.
  7. Optional: If your email address is the company's, make sure to tick the Email me a copy at company email address box.
  8. Click Save, then Done

Once done, please try to send an invoice or quote, then check if you're able to receive it.

 

Although, if the setup is not changed, this unexpected behavior is probably caused by a web cache issue. I'll help you fix it.

 

To start with, let's open the program using an incognito window, then send a sales transaction from there. It's the best place to isolate cache issues. If you're able to receive it, let's go back to your main browser, then clear the cache. It's advisable to delete them now and then to avoid the system to behave differently. 

 

Additionally, you might want to consider using a different browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
