Hello, I am trying to wattsapp my client a receipt after he has paid his invoice. There seems only to be a email function?

Yes, we can only use the email address to share the paid invoice with your client using the WhatsApp option in your QuickBooks Online QBO account. Aside from entering an email address, are there any other options you want to have? Feel free to comment below.

 

Alternatively, we can download the paid invoice and manually send it to WhatsApp outside QuickBooks. To download it, here are the steps you can follow.

 

  1. Open the paid invoice.
  2. Click Print or Preview at the bottom part of the page.
  3. Select Print or Preview.
  4. Click the Download button and save it to a file location where you can easily find it.
