Hi,Can an invoice be captured on the system when it does not come up in a search?Why would it do this?

When I capture an invoice lets say the number is 49802 it states that the invoice number had been used, when I type that particular invoice number in on a search it does not come up?

We can access the Audit log to see if the invoice number is there. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon on the top menu.
  2. Select Audit log.
  3. Use the fields on the page to choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.

 

If it's showing there, we can do some of the basic troubleshooting steps to isolate why is that reflected using the Search feature. You can start by accessing your account using an incognito window. This mode help since it doesn't save any site data. Here are the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

 

Once signed in, try using the search feature to open the transaction using the invoice number. If it works, return to your main browser and clear its cache to wipe the browsing history. You can alternatively use another supported browser to access your account.
