I can see how important it is for you to limit your invoice rates to two decimals only, Craig. Let me share some insights about this feature.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we can enter a value under the Rate column for invoices up to 7 decimal places. Changing this to two decimals is not an option for now. I value your interest in updating the numbers to two decimals only. While it's unavailable, I recommend rounding the numbers manually. Example (1.2568426 to 1.26)

You can also send a feature request directly to our product developers. This way, they can determine what enhancements and improvements are needed to make our product more effective and convenient for our users.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  3. Tap Next to submit.

Once done, your valuable suggestion goes to our Product Development team to help improve your QBO experience. You can track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.
